• How to get tickets? Travelers print invoice that issue by ASIA VIPA Travel to show Ford Transit Transport office to get the ticket, one day before or on departure date and time. and traveler can take VAN directly no need to come to get the ticket 1 day before.

• Cancellation: Travelers can cancel the ticket 10 day before departure dates. ASIA VIPA Travel will refund the amount of ticket price (not refund Taxes & Transaction Fee) via credit card. if travelers cancel the ticket from 4-9 days of departure date, ASIA VIPA Travel will refund 50% of ticket price. And 3 days before departure dates cancellation, no refund.
