For free pick up service, travelers/receptionist of traveler's hotel call directly to Giant Ibis Bus 1 day before departure date by let them know seat numbers, booking agent "ASIA VIPA Travel", traveler's room numbers with name of accommodation. Free pick up is not compulsory and not available to offer free pick up from airport to bus station.

• How to get tickets? Travelers print Voucher that issue by ASIA VIPA Travel to show Giant Ibis Bus office to get the ticket, one day before or on departure date and time. and traveler can take bus directly no need to come to get the ticket 1 day before.

• Cancellation: Travelers can cancel the ticket 10 day before departure dates. ASIA VIPA Travel will refund the amount of ticket price (not refund Taxes & Transaction Fee) via credit card. if travelers cancel the ticket from 4-9 days of departure date, ASIA VIPA Travel will refund 50% of ticket price. And 3 days before departure dates cancellation, no refund.
